Nadezhda Vorobeva was born April 14, 1924 in Moscow, Russia. In 1938 she began her art studies at the Moscow Art School. Upon finishing her studies there, she was accepted into the Surikov Institute. She studied under professors D.K. Mochalsky, V.A. Favorski, K.M. Maksimov, and S.P. Michailov. She graduated from the Surikov in 1950. In 1953 she began to participate in Moscow's regional and republican exhibitions.
She lives and paints still today in Moscow, Russia.
